Memorial Hermann Opens New Texas Trauma Institute

TTI Logo On May 29th, 2012, The Texas Trauma Institute was established at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. In collaboration with Cetir-tmc.org, this institute is the first of its kind in Texas, which aims to streamline care and devote resources for innovative clinical research to improve the survival of victims of traumatic injury. This 200 bed insititute will provide 24-hour emegency care to Houston and surrounding areas . The institute is lead by CeTIR's Director, Dr. John Holcomb.
